Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory. If the User refuses to provide it, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is optional, Users are free not to communicate this Data without any consequences on the availability or the functioning of the Service. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Data Controller.
Any use of Cookies — or other tracking tools — by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.
The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties obtained, published, or shared through this Application and guarantees to have the right to communicate or broadcast them, relieving the Data Controller of any responsibility towards third parties.
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Personal Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. The User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than their own.

Purpose: Serverless hosting service used to receive and process information requests and generate the summary document (PDF).
Personal Data Processed: First name, email, phone number, message, product configuration data, IP address.
Place of Processing: United States — Privacy Policy.
Purpose: Service used to send the internal notification email and the confirmation email to the User following a request.
Personal Data Processed: Email, first name, content of the request.
Place of Processing: United States — Privacy Policy.
Purpose: Technical service used for anti-abuse protection and rate limiting.
Personal Data Processed: IP address.
Place of Processing: United States — Privacy Policy.
Purpose: E-commerce platform and hosting on which this website is built and hosted.
Personal Data Processed: Usage Data and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.
Place of Processing: Canada / Ireland — Privacy Policy.
Purpose: Analytics service. Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities, and to share them with other Google services. IP addresses are used at the time of collection and then deleted before the data is logged in any server.
Personal Data Processed: City, latitude and longitude (of the city), Usage Data, browser and device information, number of Users, session statistics, Tracking Tools.

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related Services.
