Delivery by express courier worldwide

We deliver worldwide with some exceptions. All our products are shipped under our responsibility, via express courier, directly from our warehouse or warehouse. Delivery times and costs depend on the country of delivery and the weight of the products.

The exceptions

Some brands or types of products may not be available in some countries. In this case, the information is indicated in the cart and the order is automatically blocked. Likewise, we block all orders to countries at war or under embargo.

Apart from these exceptions, we securely deliver our products to all countries in the world.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At murals, your satisfaction is our priority!

You have 60 days to return the products from the date of purchase.

How to proceed ?

Send us an email or a message from the contact form with the request and the reason for the return.

As soon as your request is validated, you have 10 days to send the package back.

After verifying the perfect condition of the returned goods, your order will be refunded within 48 hours. You just have to pay the shipping costs.

The right of return applies to wallpapers as long as the rolls are unopened and are still in their original packaging.

Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Naturally, if one of our products has a defect (even personalized products) we will exchange or refund it entirely at our expense, including transport.
